Damaged, lost, or stolen luggage: what to do?

Damaged luggage:

Luggage is undoubtedly the most useful item for any trip. So when it arrives damaged or destroyed on the carousel at the airport or train station, what can you do?!

Contact the carrier: upon proof of damage to your luggage, they must compensate you for the value of your luggage and its contents if any belongings are also damaged or destroyed. You have 7 days from the date the damage was discovered to send them the necessary evidence.

Photos, proof of purchase, and above all, a certificate of irreparability must be provided!

If needed, we invite you to download the attached certificate and send it to the manufacturer of your suitcase, who will certify that your product is not repairable!

Lost luggage: a disaster???

If you cannot find your luggage on the carousel at the airport or train station, you must report the loss of your luggage to the nearest ticket office by the transport company, which will then launch an intensive search for your luggage!

If the product is not found 21 days after the creation of your file, the baggage is then declared lost.
