Delivery methods within the European Union
Home delivery:
We deliver your items to your home, to the address provided during your purchase.
Our delivery terms vary depending on the amount of your order and your country of delivery.
Our teams prepare your order as soon as we receive your payment and within a maximum of 2 working days.
Home delivery – GLS (3 to 5 business days)
Our carrier GLS will deliver to your home within 3 to 5 business days.

Track my delivery
As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery: https://gls-group.com/FR/fr/suivi-colis .
You will also receive an SMS from GLS allowing you to track the delivery of your product in real time.
Do you wish to make a return?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period starting the day after your delivery.
To request a return, please contact us via chat. Have the following information ready:
- Order number
- Your account email address
Return shipping is free if you choose to return your products with our carrier, following our return procedure and using the prepaid shipping label we send you.
Only products purchased on our website bagagesavivre.fr can be returned. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in new, unused condition and include all accessories with which it was delivered. Bagagesavivre reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions.
