Quality charter and guarantee

Our luggage is rigorously tested and meets a charter in order to provide you with quality products.

Our teams are committed to verifying that your products are compliant when preparing your order.

Despite all our efforts, a manufacturing defect may still occur.

Therefore, you benefit from a guarantee against any manufacturing defects in:

• 2 years standard
• 3 years for the Horizon Premium brand

How do I claim on my warranty?

I bought my luggage on bagagesavivre.fr:

Your product is automatically registered. You can access your warranty by going to your My Account area.

I bought my luggage from a retailer:

You can benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. To do so, bring the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and check in your luggage .

Visit our Green Guarantee section to register your baggage or make a guarantee claim.

Application of your warranty:

Your warranty covers any manufacturing defects for its entire duration.

Excluded are:

• Damage due to misuse (such as transporting inappropriate items)
• Negligence
• Accidents
• Wear and tear from friction,
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water
• Normal wear and tear or damage during transport (e.g., airlines).

Was the luggage damaged by the airline?

Did you know? If one of your checked bags was damaged by the airline, you may be entitled to compensation.

How to do it?

To benefit from this, register your product beforehand, then submit a warranty claim explaining the reason for your breakage.

We will provide you, if necessary, with a certificate of non-repairability, in order to benefit from the compensation.

What is the amount of compensation?

The amount of your compensation is generally based on the value of your luggage and its contents. There are two possible scenarios:

• European company:
  The maximum compensation is approximately €1,667.

• Non-European company:
  The Montreal or Warsaw Convention entitles you to compensation. This information is specified on your airline ticket or, if not, can be obtained upon request from your airline.

Maintaining your luggage

The shine of our products is preserved by a protective plastic film that must be removed before use. We recommend cleaning your luggage with water or with textile cleaning products.

Do not use solvents, as this will damage your luggage.
