This warranty applies to any damage to the technical parts of our products (zippers, wheels, handles, canes) as well as the constituent materials (ABS, Polycarbonate, Polyester) under normal use (no overloading, breakage caused by impact from throwing, crushing or any other manipulation caused intentionally or unintentionally).
The Green Guarantee only covers manufacturing defects, excluding damage due to misuse (such as transporting unsuitable items), negligence, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents and acids.

Then, you simply need to fill out the form with the information
requested:- Luggage purchase date
- Proof of purchase
- Place of purchase
Regarding the barcode, you'll find it on a transparent/grey label on the left side of your suitcase. Below this barcode is your luggage reference number.
Can't find your barcode? Contact our customer service department with a clear photo of your suitcase and/or the tag. This will allow us to find your luggage reference number. -
If you encounter any difficulties while filling out your baggage registration form, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department. We will assist you so that you can benefit from the Green Guarantee.

Once your order is placed and payment is validated, it is processed under
24h. The order is shipped within 48 hours, via GLS or DPD carrier.
For standard shipping, the delivery time in mainland France is 5 working days* after receipt of order confirmation.* timeframe given as an indication

Is your order incomplete?

Exchange
If your product under warranty is irreparable, we offer an exchange with an identical product subject to stock availability.

Refund
A refund for your repairable product is only possible if you purchased the product from our website and the following conditions are met:
are filled:- Your luggage is under warranty (minimum 2-year warranty from the date of purchase)
- You are registered with Green Guarantee / your baggage is checked in
- Your luggage is irreparable and has been examined by our teams to determine if the causes of the damage come from so-called "normal" use of our products (no overloading, breakage suffered after an impact caused by throwing, crushing or any other manipulation caused voluntarily or involuntarily).
